Irvine Terrace is a beautiful single family community in Corona del Mar, California. It is located off the Pacific Coast Highway, and bordered by Avocado Avenue, Jamboree Road, and Bayside Drive. This neighborhood is considered to be in a very desirable location, as it is close to many stores, restaurants, and services.
Irvine Terrace is comprised of 390 single story homes, that were originally built in the mid 1950s. Many of the homes have been updated, and some have been completely renovated. Residents enjoy the views of the Newport Harbor and Catalina Island. This community is close to the Village of Corona del Mar, Balboa Island, and Fashion Island, which features 200 upscale stores in an outdoor setting.
